The Remote Workshop

Deeper Connection for remote Teams

1.5 hours

4-20 people

We run just one amazing online workshop, The TRA L’ARTE Workshop for remote teams and communities.

Beyond just bringing people together, the 1.5-2 hr session lets your team get to know each other on a one-to-one level. Combining simple storytelling openers with the magic of portrait drawing the experience is made possible by the witchcraft of zoom and the individual Art Packs, sent out ahead of the session.

The Art Pack includes a carefully curated selection of artist quality materials, as well as a surprising drawing aid.

The workshop is intentionally relaxed and once you have all the materials the chance to draw and chat with different college is just another session away, either flying solo or with a facilitator.

Here is a breakdown of what your in for:

  • It all starts with a grounding exercise

  • You then open up your awareness with some good music and a meditative drawing technique

  • Once warm, I'll share a couple principles for drawing the face

  • Into the 1-to-1 element of the session you take turns being the artist and the muse, here you open the last envelope in your art pack.

  • Coming back together as a team you share the art you’ve made and some of the stories you’ve discovered.

From experience we know that there is usually one amazing team-player who makes this happen for rest of their team. Ahead of the session we’ll make sure this responsibility is a pleasure.

getting back to the Office

3 to 4 hours

4-20 people

We offer in person session in London or Berlin.

As we learnt from lockdown, the office a is place we both work and find connection. The TRA L'ARTE Workshop is a great way to celebrate being together again. We come to you with all the kit and set up in your spare space or meeting room.

The Workshop can also be worked into an off-site event or venue of your choice.

The in-person sessions follow the same format as the remote sessions just longer as people tend to want more time.

Here is a breakdown of what you're in for:

  • It all starts with a grounding exercise

  • You then open up your awareness with some good music and a meditative drawing technique

Once warm, I'll share the only rule the matters for drawing faces!

  • Into the 1-to-1 element of the session you take turns being the artist and the muse, here you open the last envelope in your art pack

  • Depending on the energy, we'll do this a few more times with different partners

  • Coming back together as a team you share the art you’ve made and some of the stories you’ve discovered.
